On the subject of me...
I’m Karsten Lundquist – a multi-disciplinary designer with over a decade’s worth of experience in digital design and art direction. I combine technology savvy, meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative approach within teams and with clients to connect brands and customers with clear and compelling design.
And so on...
I’ve been designing modern user-centered interactive experiences since the first animated GIF.
During the dawn of the Internet boom, I co-led the transition of Augsburg Fortress Publisher’s 100 year old publishing business to the web – architecting and designing an online storefront which in two years grew from zero to over $7 million annual transactions.
In 2008, I joined then start-up The Nerdery as an interaction designer, working to deliver innovative interactive experiences for agencies and clients such as Target, Fallon, Best Buy, Zeus Jones, Delta Faucet and General Electric.
Today, I work closely with brands to ideate, direct and design creative solutions across brand identity and digital initiatives. Reach out and say hi!
When given the opportunity, you may find me waxing poetic on Andy Hampsten's historic '88 ride over the Gavia Pass or pondering what films Krzysztof Kieslowski and John Candy never had a chance to make.
Target, Fallon, Best Buy, Zeus Jones, Delta Faucet, General Electric, and more.
